Park Hill Panthers: Introduction to Football
Parent Orientation explains the options for youth football in the Northland. The program will cover:
- The differences between Flag Football and Tackle Football
- When the best time is to transition from Flag Football to Tackle Football
- Introduce the different leagues, their differences and how each program is ran
- Answer questions and concerns related to the sport
This is a great opportunity for families to learn more about youth football and help them to decide if their child should play and for which league and team.
Orientation will be provided by Chris Siebenmorgen, Director of Football Operations for the Park Hill Panthers. Chris has been sharing his love of the game and knowledge with the youth in the Northland for over 20 years and is a current board member on the Platte County Sports Commission and former president for the Northland Sports Alliance (NSA). He played football for the Park Hill Trojans and the University of Kansas. He is a certified safety coach for Heads Up Football and a cerified coach by USA Football.
The orientation will be held on Sunday, May 31st from 1:30 - 2:15 at the Parkville Athletic Complex (PAC). The PAC is located off of HWY 9 in Parkville, MO and directly in front of the YMCA.
