Parker Abed Racing: Welcome

Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Parker Abed and I want to be a Formula One race car driver when I grow up. My favorite driver is Michael Schumacher.

 A little about myself, I am eight years old and I have two younger sisters that can drive me crazy, but I love them. I enjoy driving most things with motors and wheels, oh yah boats too. Other sports that I have enjoyed participating in are soccer, T-Ball, hockey, swimming and horseback riding. 

I began my racing career at the age of 5 and within a year I took 3rd in the  2010 Kid Kart Nationals Comer Unrestricted class in St. Louis, MO.  I primary travel the midwest racing in the WKA Midwest Sprint Series.  I also complete in the NRKA series as well as various dirt oval and road races throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.  I've been lucky enough to set track records throughout the midwest, finish 4th overall in the 2010 WKA Midwest Sprint Series and won all but one race in the NRKA in 2010.  

For the 2011 Season  I set and achieved major goals which include winning the 2011 Comer Unrestricted  Kid Kart National Championship.  I broke all the records for this race and because the first ever racers to podium one year and win the next.  In addition to becoming the National Champion I won the Minnestoa State Championship, WKA Midwest Sprint Series Briggs Jr. 206 Championship, took 2nd in the WKA Midwest Sprint Series Comer Championship, 4th in the Briggs JR 206 National Championship, went unbeaten in the NRKA race series and set fast lap records at several tracks.

 In 2012 I'll move up to the Yamaha Rookie and TAG 60 class.  I look forward to the increased speed and plan to race a couple different divisional series as well as the ManCup.
