Parchment Little League: General Information

To register your player, confirm that you are within the league boundaries by reviewing the Parchment LL Boundary Map below, then download and complete the Player App & Medical Release Form. NOTE: Forms may be filled out on your computer but must be printed, signed and delivered to a board member or mailed to our PO box (below).

If you would like to help the league as a volunteer (coach, manager, concession, umpire, etc.), you must complete the 2013 Volunteer Application. Please note that we use LexisNexis for our background checks, so your social security number is REQUIRED. Your help is needed and truly appreciated.

Player fees are now $90 for the first player and $35 for each sibling living at the same address. You may mail your completed forms, check payable to Parchment Little League, copies of players birth certificates, and a copy of your drivers license if you are going to be a volunteer to:

Parchment LL Boundary Map

Rule updates, pitch count explanation and log form, sample roster,injury tracking forms and other important information for Mangers and Coaches. Note: use the Injury Tracking forms for minor injuries that do not require medical treatment at a doctor/hospital. Use the Accident Claim form for any incident requiring a doctor/hospital visit. This is supplemental insurance to that held by the parent/guardian of the player.
