Registration Night: Friday July 24, 2009 at the Travelodge at 1401 Paris Street from 4 pm - 10 pm
Attention Teams - Please remember to bring the following to registration night:
* One (1) completed Panhellenic Tournament team roster
2009 Team Roster
* One (1) completed Panhellenic Tournament game sheet on white paper (we will be photocopying the rest for you on coloured paper)
2009 Tournament Game Sheet
* All coaches books and player books and temporary player permits (if applicable)
* Approved Travel permit (if you have not submitted one already)
If you need a team roster sheet, game sheet or a tournament checklist they are on the handout page of this website.
***During the tournament(Saturday & Sunday)our headquarters will be moved to the James Jerome Complex Clubhouse, you can come check out the scores and standings all weekend long. On Sunday the trophy presentations will be take center stage at the James Jerome Complex under the tent***

Once a year, July 24, 25 & 26 you have the opportunity to be a GREEK for a few days, as the Sudbury Greek Community celebrates its' rich heritage.
The festival takes place for three full days. You can call the Hellenic Centre at 705-522-7871 or St Nicholas' Greek Orthodox Church at 705-522-5181 for more details.
Come join your fabulous Greek hosts for traditional and unforgettable Greek culture, food, wine, music & Hellenic dancing!
The 2009 Sudbury Panhellenic Tournament Dates & Registration
The Sudbury Panhellenic Tournament will be on July 24, 25, 26 2009.
To be considered for the tournament you must include:
1. Team list of names, jersey numbers, date of birth and O.S.A. numbers.
2. Payment of tournament entry fee. Provide $350.00 cheque or money order with a registration form.
3. Complete the Team Registration Form and return it as soon as possible. The deadline for accepting entries will be determined at the future date. Teams who apply late will be put on a waiting list.
4. Properly Registered players' books will be required at tournament headquarters.
5. You must have permission to travel from your district and a valid travel form.
6. Maximum roster of 18 players. You are allowed 3 guest players. Temporary registration permit must be provided for guest players at registration.
7. Only registered team officials will be allowed and must provide O.S.A. registration number on the team roster sheet.
8. For teams from outside of Ontario you must supply proof of medical and personal liability insurance for all players and coaching staff.
