To the Home of the PAL Rangers the Suffolk County Police Athletic League National Tournament Baseball Team
A Winning Tradition!

The PAL Rangers,a 14u elite National Tournament Team, was established in 1998 and has placed in the top 3 in most every 14u tournament we have entered.

With an experienced coaching staff, the PAL Ranger Program is structured around Player Development. In the short duration,18-20 weeks, that each year's team is together, there are 20-25 full practices used to work on fundamentals, speciality plays and advanced skills for position play, pitching, hitting, and base running.

The program goals are to provide, train, and coach talented players to stand out, both on and off the field and in the classroom, reach the high school varsity level sooner and hopefully move on to play college scholarship baseball. The power of self confidence, discipline and team chemistry are stressed.

We hold Winter workouts every January- February and an Open Tryout in April to choose the best 14 year old players in Suffolk County,NY. The team celebrates its 14th year in 2011.

The coaching staff would like to wish all former players a very succesfull 2011 baseball season both in the high school and collegiate level. Most importantly, during this hectic time of the year keep hitting the books hard don't slack off.Study Hard,Work Hard and Play Hard!!!!!

"PRIDE....HONOR....RESPECT"

Here is an interesting little saying that appeared in Newsday in January 2002. We have added some of our own thoughts to come up with a saying that we feel relates to athletics as well as life. We titled it "100%":

"Give no quarter to anyone, no matter who you're playing.
Make sure you swagger a bit when you feel unsure.
Bust your butt to make every play. Then good or bad, have a short memory.
Get ready for the next play, everything you have learned is instinctive,by reaction. If you've done all you can do, realize you are absolved from ever having to say you're sorry.
Play your game, leave it all on the field. If you remember one thing, remember this,
IN ATHLETICS,AS IT IS IN LIFE....IT'S ALWAYS YOU AGAINST YOU !!!
