What Gear Do I Need To Have?
Helmets - Are to be white with a black visor and chin guard. NO hockey helmets
Pads - Shoulder/Chest pad, arm/elbow pad and gloves. There are lots to choose from. Extra pads for the goalie: padded compression shorts, throat guard to attach to the helmet, and they actually do have lacrosse shin guards... Choose base on comfort, protection, and your price range
Stick - regular size for middies and attack, long pole for defensemen, goalie stick for the goalie. There are all sorts of sticks, heads and mesh out there. By based on your price range and the type that suits your needs.
Protective Cup
Mouthguard - Must be colored not clear
Items can be purchased online from the various lacrosse companies that are out there (see the Lax Linx page) or you can buy at local sporting goods stores like Dick's or Angelo's.
