SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO - The Palmdale Little League Junior All-Stars are one win away from advancing to the Little League Regionals. Palmdale, comprised of 13-14-year-olds, defeated Lomita, 10-5, on Wednesday to advance to Saturday's championship game, where a victory would put them in the regionals tournament in Oregon. Trevor Bloom pitched a complete game, strinking out 13, and had three runs batted in. Ryne Smith and Andy Arriaga each had three hits and four RBI. Palmdale (10-0) plays at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
