BOD Elections set for Nov 16 & 17
Palma Ceia Little League is an all-volunteer organization run by an elected Board of Directors.  There are 18 directors who serve 3-year terms.  Each year the League opens nominations for 6 seats.  This year 6 seats expired on September 30th and the Board passed a resolution to extend the terms of the 6 expired seats until an election could be held.  We are holding an election to fill these seats on Friday and Saturday, November 16th & 17th at the PCLL Clubhouse.  Any member of the League can nominate a candidate and vote in the election.  A member is a parent of a player who was registered to play at the League during any of the 2007 seasons.   We are now accepting nominations for this election and will keep nominations open until Saturday, November 10th.  You may nominate yourself, or have another member nominate you.  Nominations should be sent to nominations@pcll.org and should include the following: 
  1. Name
  2. Phone number
  3. Email address
  4. Number of years you have been a member at PCLL
  5. Identify you as a past or current coach of any PCLL teams
  6. Areas of interest in League operations
  7. Any biographical information you would like other members to know about you

 Upon being nominated, you will be contacted to give your consent to be placed on the ballot.   Past Boards have made great progress to build PCLL in to an outstanding place for kids enjoy baseball and softball.  If you’re interested in helping us continue the PCLL tradition, then step up to the plate and get on the ballot.  Updates will be available at pcll.org.
