Palma Ceia Little League: PCLL News: PALMA CEIA IN MOURNING... THE PASSING OF PATSY KENDALL
It is with great sorrow that I report to you all the passing of Patsy Kendall this weekend. Patsy lost her long battle with cancer. For those of you who knew Patsy over her 30+ years as a Little League volunteer to Florida District 6 and Palma Ceia Little League, you know the endless dedication she provided to the youth of Tampa. For those of you who did not know Patsy, she served as a Florida District 6 Staff Member for 3 District Administrators and was the "right hand" for the legendary DA Lorenzo "Tapi" Rodriguez. She started her Little League career at, and lived in, the Palma Ceia Little League boundary and always loved when Palma Ceia hosted tournaments. She was always accompanied by her loving and devoted daughter, Ernestine Kendall-Mauller, who also served Florida District 6 for many years.
We will always lovingly remember Patsy and mourn her passing.
