HELP US COMMUNICATE BETTER !
Communication can be very difficult when you have 21 Board Members, 30+ teams, 30+ managers, 60+ coaches, 30+ team coordinators, and approximately 400 players and their families. We expect everyone to play a part in better communication.
For this reason, we have set-up "Command Central" on the second-floor of our beautiful PC Clubhouse (all managers, coaches, players and parents are welcome on the second floor of the Clubhouse). Command Central has been created to facilitate the communication within our park

MANAGER MAILBOXES
Each team has a mailbox on the second-floor where messages will be placed from the BOD, Player Agents, other managers, etc.

DIVISION BULLETIN BOARDS
A "Division Bulletin Board" for each division of baseball & softball is located on the second-floor where messages may be posted for each specific division.

VOLUNTEER BULLETIN BOARD
A "Volunteer Bulletin Board" is located within the main door of the Clubhouse on the first-floor. The schedules for concession duty and Team Clean duty will be posted here. We also attempt to place messages and volunteer schedules in the front window in our Clubhouse concession area.
