The Palm Cup Summer 2008 Ladies Tennis League will begin the week of May 19th. This is an interclub league for South Palm Beach.
Palm Cup Summer League Details:
Days/Level of Play - Matches will be played at 9:30 a.m. unless both Captains agree to a different start time.
· Palm 1/ 4.5 Mondays
· Palm 2/ 4.0 Tuesdays
· Palm 3/ 3.5 Thursdays
· Palm 4/ 3.5/under Wednesdays
· Palm 5/ 3.5/under Wednesdays
· Palm 6/ 3.0 Wednesdays
· Palm 7/ 3.0 Thursdays
· Palm 8/ 2.5/under - Mondays
Format: Each team will field 3 ladies double partnerships who will compete in an extreme round robin against the opposing team i.e., they will play 1 no-ad set against each of the opposing partnerships.
Scoring: Every game counts. The maximum amount of games that a team can earn/match is 54. Results and standings are published at www.palmtennis.com.
League: This league will play in South Palm Beach and North Broward County
