9-10 Baseball
|
Preliminary Pool Play for the 9-10 Baseball District Tournament has been completed with Red Land and Spring Grove advancing from the East Pool, Carlisle and Dillsburg from the Northwest Pool, and Shippensburg and Greencastle from the Southwest Pool. These 6 teams advanced to a Double Elimination bracket hosted by Dillsburg (with some of the games being played at South Hanover and Pen Mar). Carlisle won the District Champtionship and advanced to the Section 7 Tournament, by Exeter Township, District 8. Lionville was the eventual Section 7 winner. |

10-11 Baseball
|
The Double Elimination bracket for the 10-11 Baseball District Tournament was played at Greencastle. Greencastle was the winner and advanced to the Section 7 Tournament hosted by Solanco in District 23. Greencastle defeated Solanco in the final game to win the Sectional Championship and advance to the State Tournament being held at Valley West Little League, Conyngham, PA. |

Major Baseball
|
Preliminary Pool Play for the Major Baseball District Tournament has been completed with Red Land and Spring Grove advancing from the East Pool, Carlisle and South Middleton from the Northwest Pool, and Gettysburg and Greencastle from the Southwest Pool. Red Land eventually won the Double Elimination Tournamant to become the District 14 Champion (click here for their team photo). They advanced to the Sectional Tournament hosted by District 28's Avon Grove Little League, in West Grove, PA and eventually became the Section 7 Champion! Red Land now advances the the Pennsylvania State Tournament hosted by North Pocono Dandy Lion Little League. Click here for the Official Tournament Bracket. |

Junior Baseball
|
Preliminary Pool Play games for the Junior Baseball District Tournament have been completed with Red Land and York advancing from the East Pool and Carlisle and Pen Mar advancing from the West Pool. Carlisle won the District Championship and advanced to the Section 7 Tournament hosted by Newville. Having won the Section 7 Tournament, Carlisle advances to the State Ju nior Tournament being hosted by Newville which starts on July 30, 2009. |

Senior Baseball
|
Pen Mar hosted the Double Elimination Senior Baseball District Tournament this year with the team from Newville becoming the District Champion. Newville advanced to the Section 7 Tournament Held Kennett Square Little League, Kennett Square, PA, District 28 [Information Packet]. Newville was the eventual Section Champion and advances to the State Senior Tournament being held at Cameron County Little League, Emporium, PA. |

9-10 Softball
|
The Double Elimination bracket for the 9-10 Softball District Tournament was played at Shippensburg. Shippensburg won the District Title and advances to the Sectional Tournament (scheduled to start on July 23, 2009) hosted by Exeter Little League, District 8. Major Softball

The Double Elimination bracket for the Major Softball District Tournament was played at Newville. Shippensbueg is the District Champion and has advanced to the Sectional Tournament being played at West Side Little League, West Chester, PA. Solanco from District 23 was the eventual Section 7 winner. |

11-12 Clarence Boyd
|
Initial pool play for the 11-12 Year Old Clarence Boyd Tournament has concluded with Red Land, South Middleton, Carlisle, and Dillsburg advancing to the Double Elimination bracket being hosted by Red Land (with two of the games being played at Newville). |

Initial play for the 9-10 Year Old Clarence Boyd Tournament will consist of three pools being hosted by Spring Grove, Carlisle, and Shippensburg. The top two teams from each pool will advance to a Double Elimination Tournament hosted by Shippensburg with some prelimiary games being hosted by Carlisle and Spring Grove. |

7-8 Clarence Boyd
|
Initial pool play for the 7-8 Year Old Clarence Boyd Tournament has completed and the following teams advanced to the Double Elimination bracket: South Middleton II, York I, Shippensburg, South Hanover, Newville I, and Red Land. The Double Elimination Tournament was hosted by South Middleton with some preliminary games being played at South Hanover and Dillsburg. Shippensburg eventually became the Clarence Boyd 7-8 Champion! |
