BRACKET GAMES WILL FOLLOW: Times are: 11:30am / 1:30pm / Finals @ 3:00pm Wednesday, November 18 REMINDER: Pie Orders Due to Coach Venus Thursday! Coaches, please have your pie orders submitted to Coach Venus by Thursday evening (November 19.) This will be the only order prior to the Thanksgiving Holdiay. Rembember to continue selling through the Christmas Holiday!
Wednesday, November 11 Ozone fundraiser for all teams...
HEveryone,
We have the opportunity to sell Marie Callender pies to raise money for our
organization. The players will be taking orders for prepaid pie
vouchers. Each voucher will sell for $12.00...Ozone gets to keep $4.00
each voucher sold ! The
voucher will have two parts. The first part can be redeemed for any whole
pie at any time. For folks who would like to use the vouchers for
Thanksgiving, they would need to reserve the pie over the phone and
mention that they have a pie voucher and present it at the time of
pick-up. The second part of the voucher will have a coupon good
for one free dine-in meal.
We would take advance orders &
payments. Orders/money should be submitted by Friday the 20th.
Vouchers will issued at the beginning of the following week. The
owner is emailing an order form to me sometime the next day or so, which I will
forward on as soon as I receive it. I will also have a hard copies of the
order form at the batting facility if anyone needs it. I believe the
vouchers are good only for the Marie Callender's location in Carlsbad,
Avenida Encinas & Palomar Airport Road but I am double checking to see if
they might also be honored at other locations around the area. They will
be good through the end of the year so they can be used after Thanksgiving and
we can continue to sell vouchers through the remainder of the holiday
season...but we'd like to make a big push for Thanksgiving for obvious
reasons.
Managers, please get the word out to your teams. Please ask your
players to email family & friends. We would like each player can sell
at least 5 pies. Tony is working on getting some movie tickets so that the
player from each of our teams that sells the most pies would receive some
movie tickets in recognition for their efforts.
