Volunteer Application
Needed for anyone who wishes to Volunteer with OYFL.
If you wish to wear a badge you will also need to take a test. Please refer to the Test Enrollment Form section for more details on this test process...
You will also need to attend Certification at St Joe High on August 6th time TBA to get your picture taken for your badge...
Please note that YOU WILL NEED to be finger printed at Silvia's Finger Printing located 920 South Broadway Ste.H Santa Maria Ca 93455 805-739-8999... if you have had your fingers prints done there for OYFL in the past 3 years you DO NOT NEED TO do them again...

Test Enrollment Form
FOR ALL 2011 OYFL Coaches & Volunteers (who wish to wear a badge)
We are looking forward to another great year for OYFL. To be eligible to coach/volunteer for OYFL, our league (CCYFL) is requiring you to take and pass a Tackle Certification test by USA Football in addition to completing OYFL's Volunteer Form and getting finger printed. Please refer to the Volunteer application section for more details...
The step-by-step process to enroll, take and pass the online test is:
1. Download the 2011 Coaches Test Enrollment Form from the OYFL website.
2. Complete the 2011 Enrollment form and return it with payment of $20 (checks/Money Orders made payable to OYFL) to Landon Reid. The form can be turned in by
mail or in person. Instructions for doing so are included on the Enrollment Form.
3. Your information will be sent to USA Football for enrollment to the online course and USA Football's website.
4. USA Football will send you an email with a link to their website and instructions for logging on and taking the test.
5. You will receive your test results after completing the test. A designated OYFL representative will review the results of all coaches prior to the start of the season.

Mandatory Certification Information
This is a little more information on the Mandatory Certification process which will be held AT ST JOE HIGH August 6, 2011. Please note THAT IF YOUR CHILD MISSES CERTIFICATION, THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED UNDRAFTABLE AND THEIR NAMES DRAWN OUT OF A HAT FOR TEAM PLACEMENT... THIS PROCESS ALSO GOES FOR RETURNERS WHO MISS CERTIFICATION... Please beware that this process is MANDATORY for ALL PLAYERS!!!!

Youth Football Day @ Cal Poly Sept 17th 2011
Cal Poly Youth Football Day with the Mustangs Saturday Sept 17th @ 4pm .... Cal Poly vs JackRabbits .... Free admission for those players who show up in their jersey and cheerleaders in uniorm on game day.... Two coaches will be admitted free if accompany by whole team.
