In our first tournament we went 1-2 in what was a first time playing travel ball for several of our newer players. We played decent ball we just didn't hit very well and walked too many batters, but it was a great learing expierence for our newer players.
Leading us in hitting were Dakota, Dalton, Dylan, and Kenyn.

In our 2nd tournament of the fall we made a much better showing by winning 2nd and narrowly missing a 1st place finish in a highly contested game.
Weekend highlights were: Dalton hit a 3 run homer, Dakota game saving play from deep short against Coosa Valley, Chandler, Colton, and Gregory hit back to back to back doubles with 2 of them bouncing over the fence, Dakota shutting down Young Guns for 4 innings, Kip making back to back awesome catches in center, AJ tripling, and Kenyn doubleing off the fence 2 times.

THE STING CAME OUT SMOKING IN THE 3 TEAM TOURNAMENT AND OUTSCORED THEIR OPPONENTS BY A TOTAL OF 36-7. HIGHLIGHTS WERE 2 HR'S HIT BY KENYN, A PERFECT GAME NO-HITTER IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME BY DAKOTA, AND AN EXCELLENT JOB AT CATCHING BY GREG AND COLTON. DALTON WON THE HR CONTEST WITH 6 DINGERS.
