Outlaws girls basketball is a Roanoke Valley Virginia based AAU travel basketball club fielding teams from 8U and up. The Outlaws originally formed in 1999 as a Botetourt based club and over the years have expanded to teams representing the whole Roanoke Valley. The Outlaws field competitive teams in many age groups and focus on strong fundamentals while developing players performance and love of the game. We participate in the official Virginia AAU State championships each year and have won 7 state championships. Teams will be forming in September.

Outlaws Fall League -
Outlaws Fall League Update (8/15)
We have several club and independent teams that have committed to a Fall League.
We will have an 11U/12U division and a 13U/14U division.
Games will be in the Roanoke area at the Bonsack United Methodist Church.
Teams will play 2 games on a Saturday.
The current scheduled play dates are:
September 11
September 18
October 9
Other clubs or teams interest MUST contact Donald Helms if you want to field a team ASAP.
Players MUST contact Donald Helms by August 20 to secure there spot on an Outlaws team. If we have enough interest from players, we can field two teams in each division. All are welcome - you do not have to be a former Outlaws player to join one of our teams. You can talk to him at Open Gyms on Wednesday nights.

Outlaws Update on 14U – 16U Roanoke Stars

Hi everyone, just wanted to bring you up to date with what is going on with AAU Basketball. Last year the Roanoke Stars and Botetourt Outlaws were in talks of merging in one organization, the older groups played under the flag of Team Virginia. Roanoke Stars has decided to follow the orginal plan and play under the Botetourt Outlaws Charter. The older groups 14's - 16's will participate as the Roanoke Stars and the younger groups will be the Botetourt Outlaws. The Coaches of the older groups which is the Roanoke Stars is as listed below with phone numbers. Open gyms TBA here or email the coaches.

* Outlaws 10U finished second in the 10U Division 1 - They won all their games previous to the championship and lost a close battle. Congratulations to Coach King and his players.
* Outlaws 11U RED finished tied for 5th in the 11U Division 2 - they lost in bracket play to the eventual champions. The 11U WHITE lost a close game in bracket play to finish tied for 8th place. Great job both 11U teams !! *
