Challenger
The Challenger Division is for players of league age 5-21 residing in Oswego County. It is designed with modified rules and provides support to make the game a challenging, but not discouraging experience. The players range from those who need minimal help to those who are paired with a "buddy" who might act as a guide, assist with catching the ball or push the wheelchair of a player who has mobility impairment. A game consists of three innings and everyone gets a chance to bat. Players learn sportsmanship and team play, as well as fair play. All games are played on Friday evenings at 6pm in June and July on the new Harry Lagoe Field at the Fort Ontario baseball complex. In August, all Challenger League teams in Onondaga County and Oswego County will play a final game at the Syracuse Chiefs Alliance Bank Stadium. A team jersey and cap is provided for each player.

T-Ball
The T-Ball division accommodates boys and girls of league ages 5-6, a league age 4 player may participate if turning 5 years old by 8/1/2012. This division follows the program developed for Little League Baseball by the internationally acclaimed Al Herbeck and Al Price, better known in LLB as Little Al and Big Al. Eight basic skills are broken down into simple to follow progressions. The eight skills are THROWING, CATCHING, FIELDING GROUND BALLS, FIELDING FLY BALLS, BASE RUNNING, PITCHING AND THE CATCHER. These skills are important at all levels and if learned at an early age, the game will be more enjoyable for everyone.
