Kim Angell has had a lifelong love and dedication to gymnastics. With 26 years as a gymnast and instructor at Gymnastics ri, operating the gri gym in Cranston is a natural for her.
"I truly love the sport of gymnastics," says Kim. "My greatest wish is for all of the children who attend Gymnastics ri in Cranston to learn dedication, develop coordination and good health, and most of all, to have fun doing gymnastics."
That level of caring is evident in Kim's style of teaching. Each child receives personal attention, and so far, Kim has sent three gymnasts on to college scholarships, after representing Rhode Island in two regional competitions herself.
With the kind of teaching and leadership that Kim, ably assisted by her assistant coaches provide, it won't be long before gri resides at the top in Rhode Island gymnastics.
