Home of the Orlando Kings
The Orlando Kings is a relatively new young boy’s basketball team in the Orlando Florida area. We as coaches, players and parents welcome you to learn more about our organization and group of young basketball players. The Orlando Kings want students first and then athletes, because we feel that an educated athlete can progress further in life as opposed to the world of sports. All of our athletes will be held accountable in their studies, in order to continue their participation once they are selected as a Team member. Without hesitation and disregard for the game of basketball, we want to ensure that our players become constructive young men. At the heart of our organizational foundation along with education is developing and teaching young men the fundamentals of basketball. The Orlando Kings feel that understanding the basics first will pave the way for each player to develop into a good player. Once they understand that, then there is no telling where or how high their skills will take them. Below are a few of the goals and expectations that the Orlando Kings, the coaches, and the players will have to support, facilitate and trust. The time is now to motivate and dedicate ourselves to the purpose and perspective of the Orlando Kings.
