  • District-wide Rules, etc. - Due to the high number of interleaguing and inter-league special games events in District 9, we have established district-wide rules which provide consistency for ALL teams, all divisions, all leagues, all levels, all games. This has proven to be most helpful for managers, coaches, players, umpires, and spectators. The rules are revisited each Fall and potential 'changes' are voted on by standing presidents at the time of the vote.
