 REGISTRATION FOR THE 2009 SEASON

All registrations will be held at May Grisham Multi-Use Room. Dates are:

Monday, Dec 1, 2008 6pm-8pm

Saturday, Dec 6, 2008 9am-noon 

Thursday, Dec 11, 2008 6pm-8pm

Saturday, Dec 13, 2008 9am-noon (final registration)

If your child's birthday is after April 30, 1996 and before May 1, 2004; they are eligible to play Little League Baseball.  Please bring the following to registration: Child's birth certificate and 3 different sources for proof of residency....(i.e. Utility Bill, Photo ID, State or Federal Documents, Voter Registration Card, Auto Insurance Card)

Cost: $85/player ($80/T-Ball)

$75/2nd child per family   $65/3rd(or more)child per family

Registration Fee includes uniform shirt & hat. Also includes Memory Mate photo package.
