: Conflict Resolution
First and foremost, please take the time to calmly understand the viewpoints of others. In an arena setting it is very true that “ What you see depends upon where you sit.” And remember: it’s just a GAME.

If you feel that it is necessary, there is a confidential contact process that you may use. The Contact Form and guidelines are available from the handouts section of our website. You may choose to print off the form and return it to the Hockey Office. These forms are also available at the Hockey Office, which is located beside the elevated viewing gallery in ‘B’ rink.
