California Lacrosse Convention
On Saturday, November 14, the California Lacrosse Convention will be taking place at Cal State Fullerton. I want to highly encourage all Orangemen players and their parents to attend. This is once in a lifetime opportunity to hear one of the greatest lacrosse coaches speak, Bill Tierney. Coach Tierney has won six (6) NCAA Championships in eight (8) NCAA Championship Final appearances. He has recently left Princeton University to become the new head coach of the University of Denver. This move is seen by the national lacrosse community as groundbreaking and the beginning of trend of high level coaches and players making the move west.
In addition to Coach Tierney, there will several other great speakers including our very own Coach Bob “Grandpa” Davis.
