2004 TRIPLE CROWN NATIONAL CHAMPIONS
2003 KANSAS STATE CHAMPIONS
The 17/18 year-old Overland Park Yankees for the year 2007 is a competitive/select team that consists of boys from Kansas City and the surrounding areas.
The team has been in existence for nine years and has consistently qualified for state and national level championships.
The goals of the Overland Park Yankees are to provide the player with the opportunity to become the best he can be, prepare him for high school and college play, and to be able to compete on a state, regional and national level. As the team progresses through the high school years, opportunities will exist for players to showcase their talents at National Invitational Tournaments and College Showcase events. Each year, tryouts are held in the fall/winter and the team is formed for the following year.
