v Sunday, April 22^nd:  LA Angels Day.  Parade line up @ 10:00am.  Game @ 12:35pm

REGISTRATION:

Sibling Discount of 50% off the registration fee for 3^rd registered player per family.

What to Bring:

· Original Birth Certificate for each player (no abstract copies allowed)

· 3 proofs of residency (see handout tab for list of accecptable proofs of residency)

· Medical Insurance Information
