Welcome to the Our Lady Queen of Peace Athletic Association website. We hope you find it helpful and usefull. If you are looking for other important documents you may find them in the "HANDOUT" section. If you need to sign up for the concession stand look under the "LINKS" section plus there are other usefull websites. We will be changing and adding items to our website on a regular basis. Make sure you check the calendar for important dates for the athletic association.

OLQP Athletic Association Golf Tournament

The annual golf tournamment will be held on Saturday may 18th at Deer Creek Golf Course. Registration and breakfast is from 8am till 9am with tee-off at 9am. Get your team together for a fun-filled day for a godd cause. preceeds are used to purchase new uniforms and equipment, plus to help keep our fees low. Registration forms can be found in the "handout" section. If you want to register a team of sponsor a golf hole contact Justlin Larsen

2013 Soccer & Volleyball Registration Now Open:

Registration is now open for the 2013 Soccer & Volleyball season. Soccer is avaiable for all children from Pre-K to 8th ggrade. Volleyball is available to boys & girls from the 3rd grade through through the 8th grade. Check the "handout" section for registration forms.

Concession Stand Sign-Up

This in the link to follow to sign-up to work in the concession stand. All families that have children playing baseball, softball or t-ball  will need to work one shift in the concession stand. The schedule is now posted. You need to pick only one shift regardless of how many children you have playing baseball softball or t-ball

Field Conditions:

If you have a game at our fields or are scheduled to work in the concession stand you can call the the fieldhouse to get up to date information on the field conditions. You can call (636)671-0247 ext.28. The message should be updated at least one hour prior to the start of the 1st game.  You can also check out the South County CYC website to check field conditions. http://www.cycstlscnty.net/

Tournament Request Form

Any coach that would like to enter there team in a pre or post season tournament must fill out a "Tournament Request Form" before entering a tournament. The athletic association will pay for one tournament per team per season up to $150.00 maximum. The request form is located in the handout section.
