Notice body position near parallel to the surface, size of kick, two kicks per second, and switch to flutter kick before surfacing.

Good breastroke video. Notice "good water" at catch. Explosive recover under the chin. Base position at extension - you must drive the head down and forward agressively too keep your base position so well that your entire back is out of the water.

More full speed video would be preferred but you can see the streamlined dolphin kicking and see the torso motionless prior to beginning the breakout stroke. Also notice the head breaks through the service without looking forward.
