Risk Assessment Process
Each year, ORSA coaches must complete a state mandated risk assessment form. Each coach may be subject to a routine child abuse and criminal backgroud check. Coaches are selected for these background checks based on a random selection process used by the state.

Directions for completion of the risk assessment form are attached.
