Volleyball: OLMC CYO Grade School Volleyball Online Registration has begun!!! Please click on the registration icon to go to the registration center. You can contact Mrs. Sheila Duffy-Cyr at sheila_duffy-cyr@merck.com with questions about volleyball. The season begins in August.
Cross Country: Please contact Jack Lafferty at jlafferty@laffertychevy.com with questions about CYO Cross Country Program. The season begins in August.
Romans Football: Our CYO football program is open to every child in Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish, Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, St. Martin and St. Jude parishes. We have a 5th/6th grade JV program and a 7th/8th grade varsity program. We are also starting a flag football program for younger kids in the fall. The season begins in August and runs until November. There are several practices each week and the games are on the weekends.

CYO Mission Statement
CYO sports is one component of a parish's comprehensive youth ministry program which enables the partnership of parents, coaches, priests, religious, teachers, and adult leaders to manage and support a sports program that allows youth to grow in their relationship with God and come to better understand themselves and the Catholic Faith.
Such a program:
*employs healthy and enjoyable competition to promote the sharing of gospel values among athletes, parents and coaches.
*assists parish leadership in nourishing the emotional, spiritual, social and physical needs of young people.
*encourages young people to appreciate the gifts that they possess, and challenges them to share these gifts with their community.
*allows youth to witness the life of Christian Discipleship in their coaches and adult leaders.
*encourages youth to become responsible members of their faith community.
