ALL GAMES FOR MONDAY JUNE 11 ARE CANCELLED
All games scheduled for SATURDAY SEPT 15,07 are cancelled. This is for all BASEBALL Leagues. These games will be made up at a later date. Please call your coach if you have questions. Any scheduled practices are also cancelled.

SATURDAY 4/23 GAMES DELAYED DUE TO RAIN:
While the rain started and stopped all day. All games for both the minor league and major league were completed Saturday. A big thank you to. all the help different people (including some coaches) who did the field work. The fields were in good shape considering the amount of water that they had.

Congratulations Pirates and Blue Jays
Congratulations to the Tracey Kendrick led team of the Blue Jays this weekend as they won the 2005 MINOR league championship. Great job players on a job well done.
Also congratulations go out to the Pirates. The Pirates held off a very tough Braves team on Sunday to win the MAJOR league championship tournament. The Braves defeated the Red Sox Friday night in order to play the Pirates Saturday morning. The Braves after losing to the Pirates Saturday, eliminated the Red Sox who had eliminated a tough Rockies team. On Sunday the Braves defeated the Pirates in game one, but were a little short in game two. Congratulations Pirates !!
Schedule for season
The major league schedule is online by clicking the schedules selection on the left. Most of the season's Major League schedule is online. The minor League is being updated at this time. A big thanks to Coach Greg Jackson for undertaking the task of entering the minor league information.
There may be changes in the schedules. Please check online here and check with your coach.

Player spots still open !!!
Hey parents and players.....There are still spots open for the 2005 season in both the Minor League (9-10) and the Major League (10-12). Once the rosters are filled you will not have another chance to play Little League till the Summer/Fall league. Please call the Sportplex at 599-6094 and leave your name and number and someone will return your call. You can also email either Rock@person.net or Mitch Fleig. Please don't wait. Call while there are still spots open !! Please tell your friends !!
Team Sites are available !!
All teams in the Roxboro Little League have a team page. The individual team will be responsible for the content and use of their page. If you would like to volunteer to keep up your team's page just email Mitch Fleig and let him know. He will sent back a password for administrative rights to your team's page.
Teams are selected
Evaluations have been held for the 2005 season of the Roxboro Little League. Teams have been drafted for both the minor league and Major league Divisions. If you have not received a call from your coach by Easter Monday please give a call to the Sportsplex so we can get you in touch with your coach.
