Travel Players
Your registration and your registration fees are past due. It is not to late.
--If you missed registration and you plan to play this season, please mail all forms to our P.O. box. DONT MISS OUT. Registration forms and Consent to Treat forms are located in the "Handout Section". Payment & Forms can be mailed to our P.O. box. OAYHA - PO BOX 851, Olean, NY 14760.
--Players registering for the first time, please include a copy of your birth certificate for the league to have on file.
-- USA Hockey Registration must be done online & confirmation submitted to OAYHA. (This fee is no longer refundable by the association.) You MUST get registered for the 09/10 season before you are allowed on the ice for OAYHA practices. NO player (or coach) will be allowed on the ice without this confirmation.

COACHES-Please keep the webmaster up-to-date. The web is a great way to keep teams informed.

Handout: 0910 Registration Forms Wednesday, August 19 2009/2010 Travel Registration Fee's Players registering for the first time, please bring a copy of your birth certificate for the league to have on file. Please find the registration form in the "Handouts". Also you are required to register with USA Hockey.
This years fees are as follows: (these fee's are also listed on the reg. form) Team Fee Mites - Travel $475.00 Girls 16U - Travel $600.00** Girls 12U - Travel $475.00** Squirts - Travel $525.00 Pee-Wees - Travel $575.00 Bantams - Travel $625.00 The prices above include $50.00 for your Bash Tickets (1 set of tickets per "family"). Make sure you bring your confirmation information with you to sign-ups. **IMPORTANT NOTE: New for 2009-10 season. There will be a "BASE" fees for ALL Girl's Teams of $475.00. Players will be evaluated over the summer/fall and placement on the 16U or 12U team will be determined. Those players assigned to the 16U team will then be required to pay the difference in fees listed above. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You will be a; *Mite if you were born in 2001 or earlier *Squirt if you were born in 1999-2000 *Pee-Wee if you were born in 1997-1998 *Bantam if you were born in 1996-1995 |
