In-House Registration
If you are interested in participating please mail all the required forms to our P.O. Box. Players registering for the first time, please include a copy of your birth certificate for the league to have on file. Please find the registration form in the "Handouts" or below. Also you are required to register with USA Hockey. This years fees are as follows: Team Fee In-House Program $225.00 XI/IP see below The prices above include $50.00 for your Bash Tickets (1 set of tickets per "family"). Make sure you bring your confirmation information with you to sign-ups. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ****The fee for the XI/IP program is as listed below, with the exception of an additional one time Bash Fee of $50.00**** Team Fee**** IP #1 (Nov./Dec.) $50.00+**** IP #2 (Jan./Feb.) $50.00+**** (If you sign up for IP in the fall your registration fee will be $100.00, but when it comes time for the 2nd session (Jan./Feb.) you will only pay $50.00 for the 2nd session. Apparel Information
Everyone,
Below, is the T-shirt order form. You can order t-shirts from YS-5X. They will be a basic shirt with the colored logo on them. They will be available in Grey or Black with a base price of $10.50. The warm up pants that are being ordered in the open leg style will have a white bead on the side of the leg. The company has started manufacturing the 2010 style. They will be the same material. Also, there are no longer warm up jackets in Youth Large. Sports Locker has the ones that we turned in , but cannot get anymore.

Pee-Wee T3 Fundraiser
The Pee Wee T3 team is selling window decals for vehicles as a fundraiser and was wondering if you would share this information with your families? We have a personalized skater or goalie and the Arrows logo (in color) available. They are 8" tall and $12 each. If anyone is interested in purchasing one please contact a Pee Wee T3 parent or Gwen Rush. We will be taking orders through Monday, November 9th (money needs to accompany order).
