BEST FOOD THIS SIDE OF THE PRISON...
The Concession Stand is a major source of funds for OCYFL.
In a new format for 2007 and continued in 2008, the Concession Stand will be staffed
by volunteer adults in "blocks of time", rather than the
"each week,one-hour before the game starts", in an attempt to
give the team volunteers a single part of ONE DAY to get
their "Concession Stand assignment" out of the way.
Each team is required to provide a MINIMUM of twelve (12) ADULTS
for their assigned date/time. Please arrive at your appointed time.
A BOARD MEMBER familiar with the Concession process
will be there to assist and guide you.
Working the concession area is a great way to meet
other parents and to remember those times when we were
young working fast food!
See your Team Rep to volunteer.
A schedule of volunteers must be turned in by first game
to the Concession Stand Manager.
Due to safety issues, children
defined as under the age of 18
cannot accompany their parent while
they are working in the Concessions Area.
OCYFL asks that if you are volunteering to help in Concessions,
please leave your purses, cameras and other personal items in a
secure area--such as your own vehicle. Due to lack of space,
the Concession Stand and its associated area cannot store
these items--this includes "team" goodies such as cakes and cookies.
DIRECTIONS TO OCYFL
Take I-71 to Exit 17--Buckner
This applies for travel on I-71 North and South...
Bear LEFT off the exit ramp onto Hwy 146.
Travel to light at Hwy 393, turn LEFT on Hwy 393.
Follow to Jones Drive (on your RIGHT, just past car wash)
OCYFL shares the drive with Oldham County Animal Control & Recycling Center
HINT-- if miss Jones Drive and come to the John Black Recreation Ctr
and the Aquatic Center, you can enter there and park and walk
over to the fields.
Lastly-- if you are driving and see the Police Station on your right,
you have gone too far...
OCYFL Sports Complex hosts 2 full size fields and 2 out-buildings.

NO PETS AT THE OCYFL FIELDS, please read for details
Effective immediately, no pets will be allowed beyond the gates at the OCYFL fields.
The safety of those attending is first and foremost in making this decision.
Thank you for your understanding.
The only exception being:
Kentucky statutory law guarantees a blind person the legal right to be accompanied by a dog guide trained by a recognized dog guide school, in all public accommodations and on all public transportation. The dog must be in harness and in the custody of the dog guide user. The dog guide user can be required to muzzle the dog guide and must have verification of the dog's training, such as an identification card issued by the particular school.

TEAM WEBMASTERS, PLEASE READ
Team Webmasters, please remember not to post anyone's last name. Due to the age of our participants, we keep info on a first name basis only. If you have two players with the same first name you can add a last initial.
If you are adding members for your roster please use the Year and team name in the LASTNAME field (i.e 2008Colts). And if you are UPLOADING a file, we ask that you name it in the following format:
description.team.seasonyr.your initials
(example: mikef.board.07.sjm judy.jetscheer.07.sjm)
This name format helps us when we do need to perform "yearly cleanup".
Lastly, visit the LINKS section for the IMAGE RESIZER...this is a free photo resizing program. If we all use the same size photo when we do upload them, we won't use so much space. Please do not post images larger than 600 x 400.
Thank you...OCYFL Webmasters
