Congratulations OCYFL Players and Cheerleaders for a Great 2009 Season!
Please check the web site over the next few months for 2010 signups in the spring.
If you are interested in becoming an OCYFL Board Member, please contact President Tim Kollenberg @ OCYFL1@insightbb.com as soon as possible. It is required that adults interested in joining the OCYFL board attend a specific winter board meeting to voice their intent, learn about board member requirements, etc.
Please visit the site regularly to watch for the off-season board member meeting dates, as there is always one shareholder meeting after the season has ended, typically in January or February. This is the avenue for parents/adults to listen and learn more about the OCYFL and their plans for the upcoming year & the future.
Please visit this site regularly. Share this site with friends and family.
Remember, if you have an issue/concern always contact your head coach first.

WHERE CHAMPIONS ARE MADE!
DIRECTIONS TO OCYFL
Take I-71 to Exit 17--Buckner
This applies for travel on I-71 North and South...
Bear LEFT off the exit ramp onto Hwy 146.
Travel to light at Hwy 393, turn LEFT on Hwy 393.
You have two choices for entry: Jones Drive - which is also the entry point for Animal Control & Recycling Center- on your right just past the car wash. As you travel on Jones Drive it becomes narrow, with little room for cars to travel in opposite directions-- for this reason it is asked that you do not use Jones Drive as an exit.
The second entry point will be the next right just past Jones Drive..this is at the John Black Recreation Center/Aquatic Center. If you are driving and notice the Police Station on your right, you have gone too far...
Handicapped parking spots are available at Jones Drive lot...they are along the fence line, just behind the score board. Handicap entry beyond the gate at the Jones Drive entrance is available upon request and with approval-- please call the Field House @ 222-5933 as you are approaching so the gate workers can ensure a safe entry.
Please SLOW DOWN and be aware of pedestrians and other vehicles. Please do not block exit/entry areas. Maintain the proper distance when parking next to other vehicles, allow for doors to be opened at maximum capacity. Don't forget to allow adequate room when parking BEHIND a vehicle...many people need to access their trunk. Don't forget to lock your doors and secure contents accordingly.
After you park, please enter/exit the Sports Complex via the existing gates. Please be prepared to pay cash upon admission at the gate ($2 per person-age 16 and up-during regular season play). Bills smaller than $20 highly recommended.
Please refer to the aerial view for recommended entrance/exit details.
OCYFL Sports Complex hosts 2 full size fields with bleacher seats, restrooms, and a concession stand.

NO PETS AT THE OCYFL FIELDS, please read for details
Effective immediately, no pets will be allowed beyond the gates at the OCYFL fields.
The safety of those attending is first and foremost in making this decision.
Thank you for your understanding.
The only exception being:
Kentucky statutory law guarantees a blind person the legal right to be accompanied by a dog guide trained by a recognized dog guide school, in all public accommodations and on all public transportation. The dog must be in harness and in the custody of the dog guide user. The dog guide user can be required to muzzle the dog guide and must have verification of the dog's training, such as an identification card issued by the particular school.

TEAM WEBMASTERS, PLEASE READ
Team Webmasters, please remember not to post a youth participant's last name. Due to the age of our participants, we keep info on a first name basis only. If you have two players with the same first name you can add a last initial.
If you are adding members for your roster please use the Year and team name in the LASTNAME field (i.e 2008Colts). And if you are UPLOADING any type of file, we ask that you name it in the following format:
description.team.seasonyear.your initials
(example: mikef.board.07.sjm judy.jetscheer.07.sjm)
This name format allows the site administrator to quickly determine which team the file belongs to, what season it's related to, & who downloaded it.
IMAGE uploads should be no larger than 600 x 400. Visit the LINKS section for the IMAGE RESIZER, a free photo resizing program. When uploading photos, please remember that you are SHARING space with all the football & cheers teams this season. Please consider downloading large batches of photos to photo processing providers.
Please do not upload video or sound files. File downloads, such as forms/handouts, are not necessary on a team level because that type of information can be hand-delivered or sent via e-mail.
THE OCYFL SITE ADMINISTRATORS HAVE FINAL AUTHORITY OVER ANY INFORMATION POSTED TO THIS SITE & CAN EDIT/DELETE ANY INFORMATION WITHOUT PERMISSION OF TEAM LEVEL ADMIN APPROVAL.
Thank you...OCYFL Webmasters (updated 9/5/09)
