Colin Carmichael is now entering his 14th season as a member of the coaching staff at Oklahoma State and fourth as the Head Coach. Coach Carmichael guided the team to a third straight NCAA 2nd round tournament appearances and their fourth trip in 6 years. Carmichael came to OSU from the University of South Alabama, where he was an assistant coach for both the men's and women's programs for three years. He holds a USSF A License and an NSCAA Premier Diploma as well as serving as a staff coach for the Region III ODP team. Carmichael was named the Region III Coach of the Year by the U.S. Amateur Soccer Association in 2001. In 2008 he was named Big 12 Coach of the Year for the second time in his career and Central Region Coach of the Year by the NSCAA. Carmichael was runner-up for National Coach of the Year in 2006.
Tony Economopoulos is entering his third season on the Oklahoma State Staff. In his second season with the team, he helped the squad reach the NCAA 2nd round for a third consecutive year. Also being the Goalkeeper coach, Erin Stigler, current starting OSU goalkeeper, broke the all time shut-out mark in the 2007 season. Economopoulos holds a USSF B License. In 2002 he was nominated for the AFLAC Insurance National Assistant Coach of the Year Award
