WELCOME TO OBSC
Wecome to the Okemos Baseball / Softball Club Website
Our Mission: To provide both recreational and competitive opportunities for Okemos youth to play both summer baseball and fast-pitch softball.
Our Vision: To become a program recognized for providing instruction, skill development, facilities and opportunity for Okemos youth interested in baseball and fast-pitch softball. The program will be supported by residents, the school district, Community Ed., Meridian Township, local service clubs, community and corporate sponsors, both financially and through volunteer efforts. OBSC will continuously strive to teach those involved in its programs the value of Sportsmanship and team play. Enthusiasm and community pride will be the tradition of the program.
Participation Eligibility: OBSC programs are open to all residents of the Okemos School District, as well as to all non-residents who attend Okemos Public Schools.
COACHES - OBSC is seeking volunteer coaches for recreational baseball, tournament baseball, and softball. If interested in coaching, find additional information and application form in "OBSC News".
SPONSORS - OBSC needs sponsors to support our youth baseball and softball teams and programs. If your company is interested (or you know of one that might be), click onto "OBSC News" for information and form.

AGE DETERMINATION DATE - The baseball "Age Determination Date" changed nationally from July 31 to April 30. See "OBSC News" for the impact on OBSC recreational and tournament baseball.
