JUST A REMINDER!!!

If you are planning on ordering warm ups, the last day to order is December 30th at www.ksgteam.com and enter OSVB12 for the code.  There are also Under Armour hoodies and pants available to order as well that will have Ohio Storm across the front.  We will also be doing another spirit wear order due Sunday January 27th.  These will be Gildan hoodies, t shirts, sweat pants, and long sleeve t shirts. 

Candle orders are due soon as well as the ads for the media guide!

Pictures are scheduled for January 27th during practices. 

IMPORTANT!!!!  PLEASE READ!!!!

As a result of the OVR making changes, we as a club, can no longer register the players.  I need all players (parents) to go back into the OVR site and upgrade their tryout registration to full memberships.  When you registered for the tryout membership, you probably clicked “undecided”, that now needs to be changed to Ohio Storm.  It is listed in the drop down box.  We will credit your fees $50 for the registration.  Sorry for the inconvenience!  Please do this ASAP and print a copy of your membership card and bring it to your coach at your next practice so we can get teams registered.

Payment dates are as follows:

                      1st Payment is due November 25, 2012.........$200

                      2nd Payment due on or before January 6, 2013.....$120

                         This payment MUST be cash or check made payable in the coach's name.

                          Both of the above payment CANNOT be paid with fundraising.

                         Remaining payment can be made with fundraisers:

                      3rd Payment due on or before February 10, 2013.......$125

                      4th Payment due on or before March 10, 2013..........$125

                      5th Payment due on or before April 7, 2013.............REMAINDER

Fundraising materials will be available at Sunday's practice!!  (Dec. 2)
