The Storm will be offering footskill clinics starting in Jan 2013. We have several training sessions for all age groups and experience levels.

GOALIE TRAINING 1 (Basic) #2015

Course Fee: $25.00

Every Wednesday for 4 sessions Time: 6-7pm

Description: This course is for all beginning goalies and anybody who is interested in being a goalie. We will be training the basic fundamentals to becoming a well rounded keeper.(Techniques on blocking, movement, and communication) Please bring: soccer ball, gloves, shin guards and water. This course is for all ages.

SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING #3015

Time: 7-8pm Description:

Every athlete needs a great core system to become a better player. This course will focus on developing better coordination; strengthen the core muscle groups used in sports, speed training and overall conditioning. Please bring water. This course is for ages 7 to 18 years old.

Footskills 1 (Beginner) #1015

Every Saturday for 4 sessions Time: 9-10am

Description: This course is for the player who has very limited footskill knowledge. You will learn the basic techniques of defending the ball, pull backs, receiving the ball, and much more. Please bring: age appropriate ball, water. This course is for ages 6 and over.

Description: This course is for the player who has a general understanding of the basic moves(Mathews, pull backs, scissors, etc.) We will expand on those basic moves and start introducing new moves to your arsenal. Please bring: age appropriate ball and water
