Information
Additional Information
*Doors will not open more than 15 min before start time.
*Upon arrival each team should report to the front desk to get a game packet
*Each team shall be issued 2 coach passes and 1 pass for its score keeper-- ONLY IF THE SCORE KEEPER ASSISTS AT THE OFFICIAL TABLE FOR ALL SCHEDULED GAMES. Any team wishing to receive a pass for their score keeper must register the name of the socre keeper!
*Each team should bring its own ball to warm up with, no balls will be provided.
*Final Rosters should be filled out and turned in prior to first scheduled game.
*Rosters can be changed prior to first official game.
*In case of an issue contact the tournament manager at (202) 422-8341
*All liability waiver forms should be signed before each game or team will not be allowed to participate.
*Do not call any of the facilities for information including Sports Plant!!!!!!!!!
*NOTE CHANGE: Each team shall be issued two coaches passes only!!! Each team will be required to provide a score keeper and will be given a pass for the score keeper. Any team failing to provide a score keeper will forfeit!!

Competition Rules 2007
1. Each team shall have no more than 12 players and the age limit for each grade shall be January 1, 2007, so any child playing in the 14U division shall be no older than 15 as of January 1, 2007 or any child playing in the 13 & Under Division shall be no older than 14 as of January 1, 2007, any child in the 12 & Under Division shall be no older than 13 as of January 1, 2007.
2. There shall be two 15 min halves. The clock shall stop during all free throws and run at all other times except during timeouts and during the last 1 minutes of the game when it will stop on all whistles. Pre-game shall be 3 minutes whenever possible, however all times may be shortened to ensure timely playing of the basketball games.
3. Each team shall have two time outs (two 20 second) per half. One extra timeout for overtime. Timeouts shall not carry over to overtime.
4. Overtime shall be 1 minute of stop clock.
5. Each player shall be given Six (6) fouls before fouling out
6. Each team shall shoot 1 & 1 on the 10th foul of the game.
7. Any player or coach receiving 2 technical fouls shall be removed from the game, any subsequent technical foul shall render either the coach or player ineligible for participation in the rest of the tournament.
8. All referee calls shall be final! No protests!
9. Good sportsmanship shall be maintained at all times, no exceptions every coach shall be responsible for the fans that follow his/her team.
10. Admission shall be charged refreshments shall be onsite.
11. The regular men’s ball shall be used for 14u and higher, and the female ball shall be used for 7th/6th grade (unless both coaches agree to use the smaller ball for 7th/8th grade only) and all girls games
12. Players may participate in different age groups, but no player shall participate with more than one team in the same age group/division.
13. GAME TIME IS FORFIET TIME!!! if a team has not checked in by the end of the 3 min warm up, the game will be declared a forfeit.
14. All ties shall be broken as follows. Head to head, point differential (10 point max), flip of a coin.

From the East
1. Take I-90 East to the 185th Street Exit
2. Turn left (south) off the exit and go 1.5 miles to Euclid Avenue
3. Turn Right at Euclid Avenue
4. The Sports Plant is 30 feet down from the corner of Euclid Avenue and 185th Street
5. Go to the back of the parking lot for the front of the Euclid Sports Plant (the sports plant is a converted shipping warehouse and the entrance is located in the rear of the plant)
From the West
6. Take I-90 West to the 185th Street Exit
7. Turn left (south) off the exit and go 1.5 miles to Euclid Avenue
8. Turn Right at Euclid Avenue
9. The Sports Plant is 30 feet down from the corner of Euclid Avenue and 185th Street

From the Southwest
11. Take I-71 or I77 North into Cleveland

26. Take 480 Exit from east and follow directions for Southeast
