Oak Meadow, Forest Oaks and Allendale (OFA) Little League, which has been serving children and families from those communities and surrounding areas in east Houston since 1956. Each year, OFA has more than 300 children, ages 4 to 16, playing baseball in its league at OFA.
OFA, which is a non-profit organization, does not receive any local government funds like other little leagues. We rely on the support of our community to keep our little league going, and other than the fields, which are leased to OFA for $1 a season by the Texas Petroleum Chemical Co., we have relied solely on the donations from businesses and members of the community each year to fund the league’s costs. We believe we can accomplish our mission through generous donations from various local organizations, corporations and individuals like you that focus on children in our communities. It’s a passion for the game that drives us to continue developing positive experiences for our children through litte league baseball.
