Welcome Coach Tercha!

Our middle school team will be coached by Coach Matt Smith and Coach John Tercha.

Coach John Tercha is in his first year as a teacher and coach @ Octorara Area High School. Coach Tercha is a 2001 graduate of Kutztown University. Previously, Coach Tercha taught and coached in the School District of Lancaster for 5 years, as a teacher at Edward Hand Middle School. Coach Tercha was an assistant football coach for 3 years and head middle school coach for 2 years, before accepting a position at Octorara in the Summer of 2008.

Along with responsibilities as assistant middle school wrestling coach under head coach Matt Smith, Coach Tercha also serves as Octorara Braves’ assistant middle school football coach under head coach Jamie Schempp. Please welcome him to our wrestling program!
