Here we will post changes affecting our Game Schedule as we progress through our season, Commissioner Memo's relative to game day events, or other communications about game days or playoffs.    Please come back and review this page prior to each Saturday's game just in case a change may affect your child's game.  Thank you.

SUPER BOWL - SATURDAY - DECEMBER 05, 2009

TO:    COACHES & PARENTS                                                 FROM:   OCJAAF

1. ENTRANCE FEE:  Playoff games are a "paid event" by the hosting chapters as indicated in the Schedule Book.  Beginning Game 9, there is an "entrance fee" at each playoff event.  This FEE SCHEDULE is as follows....
   
   GAME 9 (NOV-07):  $3-Adults (Age 16+), $1-Child (Age 7-15), No Charge (6 & Under)
   1st Round League Playoff Games

   GAME 10 (Nov-14):  $4-Adults (Age 16+), $1-Child (Age 7-15), No Charge (6 & Under)
   2nd Round League Playoff Games & Jr. Future League / Future League Bowl Games
   

   ---

   GAME 11 (Nov-21):  $5-Adults (Age 16+), $2-Child (Age 7-15), No Charge (6 & Under)
   First Round Playoff Games

   GAME 12 (Nov-28): $6-Adults (Age 16+), $2-Child (Age 7-15), No Charge (6 & Under)
   AFL-NFL Championship Games

2. NO 'IN & OUT' PRIVILEGES:  If you leave the stadium/game field you will be required to pay the entrance fee upon returning.  NO EXCUSES, NO ARGUMENTS, NO REQUESTS!  Please don't be disrespectful to the Host Chapter and just "accept it without argument or negative comments!"...This is OCJAAF POLICY and we put this in place so we can ensure a successful venue for the Hosting Chapter. 
   
3. NO FOOD - NO DRINKS ALLOWED:  With the exception of "team only" drinks and snacks, there is no food or drinks allowed.  Hosting Chapters have gone to extrordinary efforts to ensure they provide a well-rounded snack bar and service.  Please also be reminded there can be NO SELLING of items in the Host Chapter Game Field/Stadium, or setting up food to feed players, staff and parents after your game, as well as ordering food (pizza & such) to be delivered to the Host Chapter Game Field/Stadium.  This also includes their on-site parking facility. 
   
4. ADULT CODE OF CONDUCT IS ENFORCED:  Please be reminded of the Adult Code of Conduct that all parents and staff sign as a participant in OCJAAF.  Parents please be reminded that you sign this agreement on behalf of your family and friends that you bring into the OCJAAF event.  Host Chapters will remove adults who are not in compliance with this code by any and all means possible.  We ask that you respect this code and do not make your conduct or the conduct of your oved ones (that you bring) to be an issue for the Hosting Chapter.  In the end, it may well be a substantial fine assessed to your own Chapter for your misconduct in violation of this code. 
   
5. PRO-TURF GAME FIELDS:  The only item allowed onto the game field is WATER!  No food, no sunflower seeds, no gum, no Gatorade, no Soda!  It is bad enough that the Hosting Chapter has to put extra personnel on the game field just to watch this and to enforce these rules.  Remember, they also have to pay for usage of their game field, and in some cases when this is violated the Host Chapter will be assessed additional charges and/or have their privileges to host game events suspended or revoked.
