WELCOME TO THE OCJAAF!: ALL-CONFERENCE

23 YEARS OF ALL CONFERENCE
It is the intent of OCJAAF to blend football/cheerleading with real life.  Our children play all season with a common goal and support from their teammates.  Working week after week against opponents from different areas, yet always keeping sportsmanship first.  So, as in real life, we need to blend with others at times toward a new common goal.  This is the intent and this is how we achieve it---THE ALL CONFERENCE GAMES.

Each participant is voted for by their teammates NOT coaches.  So the selection process is by the kids, for the kids.  Votes are tallied by each Chapter President and Cheer Coordinator.  Rosters are then generated by the division All Conference Head Coach.  The Head Coach is also asked to select an all Conference Staff.  

This is NOT an "all-star" game.  The physical ability of each child may or may not be part of the selection process.  It's whatever his or her teammates decide.  

Again football/football cheerleading does reflect life.  Just watch all those kids practice as one and play/perform as one.  Getting along is what its' all about.  WATCH!!!  We can learn from our children.  Let's all get along and keep the adult lust for glory out of OCJAAF.  Win or lose---it's just a game.   The smell of success, with the interaction of the kids on the field, is the essence and the life of OCJAAF, All Conference is a privilege.  congratulations to all that have been selected.

1. All Conference is also referred to:  RED vs. BLUE GAMES.  This is where we split the Conference into two (2) geographic zones:  RED and BLUE, and the teams/chapters that make-up these are as follows:
   
   RED TEAMS:   CR-Corona, FV-Fountain Valley, GG-Garden Grove, HB-Huntington Beach, IV-Irvine, MV-Mission Viejo, NM-Newport Mesa, OR-Orange, RH-Rowland Heights, SC-South Orange County, TC-Tri City, WH-Whittier and WM-Westminster.

   The Scholastic Ceremony has been included to give recognition to our scholar-athletes who have maintained the highest GPA during our season.  We invite these athletes and their parents, family and friends to be a part of this special scholastic recognition.
