The OCJAAF (Orange County Junior All American Football Conference), established in 1957 is comprised of twenty-seven (27) City-Chapter Members throughout the counties of ORANGE-LOS ANGELES-RIVERSIDE. We are a "leading" youth football and cheerleading program for children ages: 5-14. We have strong LEADERSHIP, we are highly COMPETITIVE, and we are FOCUSED in keeping our environment safe and without the adult-lust for glory!

THE OCJAAF OBJECTIVE:
The
objective of this program is: to inspire youth, regardless of race, color,
creed, or national origin, to practice the ideals of health, citizenship and
character; to bring our youth closer together through the means of a common
interest in sportsmanship, fair play and fellowship; to impart to the game
elements of safety, sanity, and intelligent supervision; and to keep the
welfare of the player first, foremost and entirely free of adult lust for
glory.
This mission is joined by twenty-seven
(27) Chapter-Members who uphold these ideals, who are accountable and responsible
to the rules of the OCJAAF. We do this because we understand this
objective and will always accept responsibility when our adults have failed to
act accordingly. Our mission and our
goals are dependent upon keeping our focus on the KIDS…and remembering that our
actions above all teach our children sportsmanship, teamwork, academics,
physical well-being, motivation, inspiration, skills development and bring our
chapter families together in the OCJAAF community...

Roster Program Training Meeting. Chapter Player Agent or other assigned to work the OCJAAF Roster Program must attend and bring laptop/printer with wireless Internet connectability. A Chapter may send additional members for training when there are more than one chapter member working the roster program or as a back-up.

05/15/2012 Update...The site is "fixed" registration is now open. A reminder to all OCJAAF Chapters...it is mandatory that all chapters host a local event during this season. Please be sure to register your event early! Thank you.

PLEASE REMEMBER MIKE IN YOUR PRAYERS...
WED-APR 25th UPDATE (E-Mail from Mike):
Well,
it's been a real struggle but things are looking up. Spent a week in the hospital after surgery,
came home and realized I probably left too soon. I've never been quite this weak before, but
the last day or two I think I've improved a ton. No pain but lots of discomfort. I don't sleep very well, but my dreams are
something Stephen King would love. I'm
almost ready to dump the walker and that means I'll be driving very soon. (Fair
warning to pedestrians). They think they
got all the cancer so that's a good thing.
I think Toni's getting tired of my milking this, "I'm a very ill
person, so you have to be nice."
Appitite is not so good but improving.
They gave me six units of blood but I think they got if from some old
guy. I would have preferred they would
have chosen some Olympic athlete in his early 20s, but I guess I have to be satisfied
with blood that needed Geritol before they gave it to me. I'm not bitter though. Please continue with the prayers....I'm not
quite through with this thing yet, but I do sincerely appreciate the prayers
and kind thoughts. You guys rock!
Little
tired now but I drop a line soon.
