Orange County Basketball Officials Association (OCBOA) is the joint governing board for boys and girls high school basketball referees in Section 9, Orange County, New York.

BOYS: Read over PA system, or if no PA to teams at circle.  GIRLS: Read to captains prior to checking book.

2010-11 MEETING SCHEDULE.

1.      November 3 meeting is mandatory toward state 5-point program

2.      November 13 is designated as makeup for Oct. 27 meeting

3.      January 26 is designated as makeup for Jan. 2 meeting

4.      Members must attend 4 of 5 meetings
