  Fri 12/2/11 7pm Petal vs OBHS (MHSAA Class 6A State Championship Game) This will be the first meeting between the two schools on the gridiron.  The Petal Panthers won the South Half Class 6A Championship with a 23-14 win over the Meridian Wildcats and bring a 10-4 record into the State Championship game.  The Conquistadors recorded a 40-35 victory over the Madison Central Jaguars to capture the North Half Class 6A Championship and bring a 14-0 record into the MHSAA Class 6A State Title contest.   Fri 11/25/11 7pm Madison Central vs OBHS (North Half-MHSAA Class 6A Playoffs) This will be sixth time that OBHS and Madison Central have met on the football field and the second time this season.  Olive Branch captured wins in the first two meetings by scores of 22-10 and 14-10 in the 2005 and 2006 seasons, while Madison Central has claimed victories in 2008 and 2009 by tallies of 50-49 and 54-23.  The 2008 game, it went to three overtimes before being decided.  The Conquistadors and Jaguars opened up the regular season on August 19th of this year with OBHS capturing a 28-24 in Madison.   Fri 11/18/11 7pm NW Rankin vs OBHS (Quarterfinals - MHSAA Class 6A Playoffs) This will be the third meeting between these two schools on the gridiron.  All meetings have been played in the post season playoffs.  The Conquistadors defeated the Cougars 31-20 at Flowood in 2006 and again in the 2007 season at Pool Field in a come-from-behind win by a score of 31-27.  Northwest Rankin finished as the Region 2-6A Runners-up this year and enter the game with an 11-1 record. Leslie Pool Field
  Fri 11/11/11 7pm Clinton vs OBHS (1st Round - MHSAA Class 6A Playoffs) This game marks the First Round of the Mississippi High School Activities Association's 2011 Class 6A Playoffs.  The Region 1-6A Champions Olive Branch will play host to the Clinton Arrows from Region 2-6A.  This will be the fourth meeting between these two schools and all have occurred during the state playoffs.  The Conquistadors lead the series with the Arrows, 2 games to 1, which includes last season's first round matchup in which OBHS came away with a 42-14 win. Leslie Pool Field
  Fri 11/4/11 7pm Tupelo vs OBHS This year marks the thirteenth matchup between the Quistors and Golden Wave.  Since dropping the first three games played to Tupelo, the Conquistadors have won eight of the last nine contests, which includes the past seven straight.  Olive Branch recorded a 43-17 victory last year and leads the series with the Wave, 8-4-0. Tupelo
  Fri 10/28/11 7pm OBHS vs Columbus (Senior Night) The contest between the Conquistadors and Chargers will be Olive Branch's annual 'Senior Night'.  Olive Branch has a 8-5-0 lead in the series with the Falcons including last season's 34-7 win in Columbus. Leslie Pool Field
  Fri 10/21/11 7pm Grenada vs OBHS The Conquistadors and Chargers were former Chickasaw Conference members where both teams fought season after season for the Conference Title in the 1980's and 1990's.  This season will mark the first time since 2006 that both schools have met on the football field.  In the last meeting, the Conquistadors won a close fought, 15-11 game in Grenada.  Olive Branch also holds a narrow 10-9-0 lead in the all-time series with the Chargers. Grenada
  Fri 10/14/11 7pm Horn Lake vs OBHS There's only been two other opponents on the football field that Olive Branch has played more than Horn Lake (Hernando and Holly Springs).  This series between Olive Branch and the Eagles dates back to the 1944 season, since then Olive Branch leads the all-time series, 38-18-2, including winning 30 out of the last 37 contests versus Horn Lake.  OBHS secured a 42-3 victory over the Eagles in last year's game. Horn Lake
  Fri 10/7/11 7pm OBHS vs DeSoto Central (Homecoming) This will be the Conquistadors annual 'Homecoming' game.  Olive Branch won last year's game 38-0 in Southaven.  The Quistors won all four previous contests with the Jags and lead the series 4-0-0. Leslie Pool Field
  Fri 9/30/11 7:30pm South Panola vs OBHS For the past half dozen years, the Conquistadors and Tigers have been the teams to beat in North Mississippi.  This season's meeting will be at Batesville.  Last year after South Panola recorded a large margin win during the regular season, the Quistors fought hard in the playoffs versus the Tigers before dropping a 24-13 decision to Panola.  South Panola leads the all-time series 27-9-0 (which began in 1972). Batesville
  Fri 9/23/11 7:30pm OBHS vs Southaven 'The Backyard Brawl' as it has commonly become known as, is the annual gridiron clash between the arch-rival Conquistadors and Chargers.  Last season, the Chargers picked up their first win against Olive Branch since the 2003 season with a 20-17 win in a thrilling second half played at Southaven.  This year the Quistors look for revenge.  Olive Branch holds the lead in the all-time series with the Chargers, 23-13-1. Leslie Pool Field
  Fri 9/16/11 7:30pm OBHS vs Memphis University School The Conquistador and Owls have met on the football field for the past four seasons.  Olive Branch captured wins in 2007 (29-6) and last year (25-22) with MUS coming out on top in 2008 (29-22) and in 2009 (20-15).  The previous three contests have been decided by a touchdown or less margin.  The series is tied at 2-2-0. Leslie Pool Field
  Fri 9/9/11 7:30pm Smyrna (TN) vs OBHS This will be the first contest on the gridiron between the two schools.  The Bulldogs were the Tennessee Class 6A Runners-up last season. Smyrna
  Fri 8/26/11 7:30pm OBHS vs Memphis Trezevant This will be the first meeting between Olive Branch and Trezevant.  The Bears were last season's Tennessee Class 4A State Runners-up.  Since the 1957 season, Olive Branch's record against City of Memphis School football teams is 45-8-1, including winning the last twenty contests in-a-row. Leslie Pool Field
