League Cup Championship, Game Played Sept. 10, 2005
Strong first half played by both teams. Excellent offensive and deffensive plays. Oakville opens the scoring mid-way through the first half. First half ends Oakville 1, Kitchener 0.
Kitchener pressing early in the second half was awarded a penalty kick. Ground shot to the left was saved by the Oakville goalie. Scramble around the Kitchener net results in an Oakville goal mid-way into the second half. Oakville scores third goal on some excellent passing from the left side into the center of the box for a clean shot. Kitchener spoils the shutout with a late goal. Game ends Oakville 3, Kitchener 1.
