Monday and Tuesday practices will be for middle school, USA wrestlers ONLY! We will be working with the high school team and the pace is a bit much for the younger and inexperienced kids. Wednesday's practice will be for everyone and probably will start about 3:30PM.

Thursday - Windsor High School Wrestling Room
