Oaks of Devonshire Sports Fields
The Oaks of Devonshire baseball fields are located at 19511 Lajuana Lane in Spring, Texas. The fields are located behind the tennis courts down toward the gully.
USAGE FEES:
The fee for using these fields is as follows:
Fall 2008 $200.00
Spring 2009 $200.00
Fall 2009 $200.00
NON-RESIDENTS ADD $100.00 to FEE.
NON-RESIDENTS NOTICE: Beginning in the SPRING of 2007, if you are not a RESIDENT of the Oaks of Devonshire/Devonshire Woods/Louetta Lakes please add $100.00 to your fee for a total of $300.00. Practice requests are made through a seasonal meeting that we will hold to draft the practice times. Please check the schedule regularly to make sure of your times and dates are correct. All fees are non-refundable.

Please make payable to the Oaks of Devonshire HOA.
Fall 2008 FEES DUE BY August 1, 2008 or you may pay at the seasonal meeting when it is scheduled.
Scheduling the fields for your team's practice after the seasonal meeting may be done by emailing the President of the Oaks of Devonshire HOA at devonshiremes@yahoo.com. You must pay your usage fee of $200.00 (listed above)or $300.00 for Non-Residents before you may schedule any practices. You will also be given the new combination to the padlock so that you may use the lights on Field 1. Once you are scheduled to practice, if you are going to miss a scheduled practice day, please e-mail me so that some one else may use the field on that day.
