2012 Spring Season Registration
(Ages 5 to 18)
Early Registration thru January 30, 2012 $120
Regular Registration ~February 1 -March 3, 2012 $150
Walk-in Registration will be held at the Concordia Park Club House(6200 Brann Ave., Oakland, CA)
Early Walk-in Registration ($120) December 3rd & 17th (10:00am-2pm)
January 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th & 30th (10:00-2:00pm)
Regular Walk-in Registration ($150) February 4th,11th ,18th, 25th & March 3rd (10am-2pm)
All new players must provide proof of address and birth certificate at time of registration, if registering on-line you can fax proof of address and birth certificate to 510-639-7918
Opening Day is March 24th, 2012
