The NCYFL is a non-profit youth football organization located in Snohomish, Skagit and Island Counties. The NCYFL covers the largest geographical area, of all of the youth sports organizations in Washington State, with 13 member communities belonging to the league,including: Arlington, Anacortes, Burlington, Concrete, Darrington, Friday Harbor, Mount Vernon, Orcas Island, Oak Harbor, Sedro Woolley, South Whidbey Island, Stanwood and Camano Island.
And we're still growing strong!

What is Core Whip Throwing?
"Core Whip" throwing is a term and technique I learned from former Javelin world-record holder Tom Petranoff. The technique simply emphasizes initiating the legs and core in the throwing motion in order to accelerate the upper body and arm through the movement like a whip.

The NFL PP&K program is a FREE national skills competition for boys and girls ages 6 to 15. There are many great tools on the NFL PP&K website that will help you host your very own PP&K competition.
